Does it really book into our system, or just take messages?

It books. Aida writes appointments straight into your live schedule — reschedules and cancellations too — respecting your providers, appointment types and hours. A booking that lands in a task pile for someone to type up later is exactly what we set out to kill.

Do we have to change our phone number or phone system?

No. You keep your existing number and provider. We set up a simple redirect so Aida answers — the calls you'd have missed, or all of them, you choose. Your number never leaves you, and you can switch the redirect off in one click.

Is it GDPR-compliant for a European practice?

Yes — that's the whole point of building it here rather than importing a US tool. Data stays EU-resident, you get a signed DPA and a pre-filled DPIA at onboarding, and consent and call-recording are handled the way the GDPR and EU AI Act expect.
